I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely perfect - right in the centre of town, close to all the restaurants and attractions. It made exploring the nearby area so easy. Secondly, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the level of service they provided. Finally, the rooms were clean and spacious, with a great bathroom. It was clear that the hotel paid attention to the basic amenities and made sure everything was in order. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the breakfast - it may have been basic, but it was exactly what I needed to start my day off right.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The bathroom facilities are excellent, with a good shower and basic toiletries provided. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, near the historic castle walls and fortress. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, although basic, includes tasty croissants and a variety of options such as toast, cereal.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, with no major issues.

The Hotel Europa provided great value for money. The room was equipped with a fridge, which was a nice touch, and the shower was excellent. The staff were very helpful, accommodating my request for a kettle in the room.

We had a great time staying in the heart of the town right by the castle square. the historic center was very close just like the city walls and the town center. the room and bathroom were very much comfortable and clean. the staff was always helpful and accommodating, making our stay more pleasant. Breakfast was also impressive, with a lot of selection and good quality items. we were able to enjoy a lovely view of the area right from our room.

There was an issue with the phone line, making it hard to connect with reception.

Great location for business trip, right by the castle square. Main bus to the nearby city is meters away and has good service. Room was very clean and comfortable with a fridge.

Breakfast variety was limited and the receptionist during evening shift could not speak English which made communication difficult.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a historic town with plenty of local charm. The location was perfect, right by the castle square and in the center of the city. I easily walked to the castle and also had easy access to the train station at Bassano, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, the staff was fantastic and very welcoming.

Spent a lovely Christmas break here. the rooms were nicely decorated, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a range of options, including freshly baked croissants and yoghurt. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful and provided us with a map of the area, which was great for sightseeing. the nearby market was amazing for trying local cheeses and wines.

The noise from the street outside disturbed our sleep. We also found the beds to be quite uncomfortable, and the mattresses were not of good quality.
